Our Pricing:
- Pre-Offer Consultations: Starting at $275. The price will increase based on square footage.
- General Home Inspections: General home inspections will be $425 for homes below 2000 square feet. The price will increase $25 dollars every 500 square feet above 2000 square feet.
- Condominium/Townhouse Interior Only Inspections: Condominium/Townhouse inspections below 1000 square feet will be $275. The price will increase $25 dollars every 500 square feet above 1000 square feet.
